"poor experience"

Room door has been broken into multiple times and doesn't stay closed tight had to use top latch to keep door closed the garbage wasn't changed remote didn't have batteries the pullout couch frame was broken the outside door to the hotel is broken doesn't lock the breakfast was all cold stuff like cereal and donuts

"Overall it was a good place to stay"

It was quite and they cleaned the snow out of the parking lot so people could get out in the morning

Wasn't aware it was having construction done when I booked the room, it took them a little bit to find a room with a tv that worked, but they found one
