Need a better breakfast

I liked the waffles

Safety, cleanliness of room, flowers outside of front door, extremely professional and very friendly and caring!

Breakfast was disappointing. I expected eggs, meat, potatoes, bagels. It was yogurt, cold cereal, bananas, juice in the machine which was tart, toast, waffles, English muffins, very small coffee rolls kind of stale, coffee. I just grabbed coffee rolls and juice and ate in my room.

I didnt like the fact I accidentally booked the wrong day through expedia called the hotel and expedia right away and couldnt get my money back or even enjoy the hotel due to me being 3 hours away.

Filthy bathroom and rude service workers. Breakfast was only cereal, waffle, bread, tiny cinnamon rolls and juice. This hotel is owned by people from India which explains a lot.

Easy access to room

Staff and breakfast were great.

Hallways smelled like weed and was next to a commercial and industrial complex.

Last minute trip and this hotel was the only one with reasonable rates. I was skeptical until we got there. The hotel may have been newer, remodeled or they take great care because the building and grounds looked really good and well cared for. 12 minutes from 95, 35 min from OOB. The hotel was quiet for being near full for a holiday weekend. Check in was quick and easy. The staff was great too. There's a Walmart behind the hotel which is very convenient. The only part that was subpar was the continental breakfast and the area it was in. 4 tables and a really small assortment of breakfast items. But honestly we're not breakfast ppl so it didn't really phase us but a bigger selection and a bigger area would be a good idea. Overall our experience was definitely better than anticipated. We would definitely stay here again.
