I did not have breakfast. The location could not be picked up by GPS, just general area; had to call to get directed in. Didn't realize my room was on 3rd floor with no elevator. My king room was switched to a queen room due to no elevator.

The room needs updating and the linen should have been cleaned better on the mattress cover or buy new covers. Mine were stained.

"So bad we couldn’t stay there"

Location

Our room and the halfway smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Hotel overall was not clean. It was so bad we immediately left. Was told by the front desk we could cancel our reservation. It’s a month later and the hotel will not refund us for the room that we did not stay in.
