Super 8 by Wyndham Knoxville

We have stayed at here twice while going to the races. Both times the room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Good location to walk to the track if needed.

It was quiet

T.v didn't work even with the remote, Walls in room where all scratched up,light when you first come in room did not work. The mirror was discussing. Will never stay here again.

Not enough breakfast food left by 7am. Building needs some updates. Birds were nesting in soffit.

First of all, there is no elevator. So make sure to ask for first Floor if you need it due to knee injuries, etc. There are numerous garbage cans in hallways which made it seem dirty. I think 1 at the end of hallway would have been fine. Customer service did not include much including sharing about check out time or the breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was terrible. There is 2 kinds of cereals, bread with shared milk, peanut butter, etc. and a waffle machine. The worst part was the hot water machine was out of order and the juice machine and NO coffee. I felt the machines have been out of order for a while and no one cares. We ended up going out for breakfast. This was VERY disappointing. And our room smelled very musty and there was garbage behind the end table from others. I felt the hotel was not very clean. I get this is a super 8 but for the amount of money we still paid, so not worth it. This hotel is over priced and not worth it.

We ened up having to stay in a room that had TERRIBLE AND OVERWHELMING cigarette smoke smell because the room we were supposed to stay in had bad batteries on keylock so had to switch rooms. We had a late check in as we were at a concert and had told the mgr that earlier that morning so by that time we just wanted a room to sleep

There was not one thing we liked at this facility!

First thing when we walked into your facility we could smell marijuana and thru out our entire stay even in our room we could smell it. Our room was furnished with all mixed match furniture and nothing that could be cleaned or sanitized. The carpet in our room had not been vacuumed. There was a pair of glasses by the bed, a hair tie and Kleenex also. Our wash clothes had stains on them. We were on the second floor and did not feel safe there. We could not get the TV to work in the bedroom! In the morning we couldn’t have coffee as “the pot was broken” I would like someone to contact me Monday morning as I was double charged for this stay!! I do feel someone should compensate us for our experience there!!! I would never recommend this facility to anyone, it was way over priced! I do believe management needs to investigate things through out the place.
