My husband checked into his room to only find Bed Bugs in the bed. He immediately checked out and now they will not give us a full refund!!! Kim the person who answered the phone stated there was nothing more they were willing to do to remedy this situation. They also said they did not have bed bugs and when my husband offered to come show them, they said no. I have reported this to the health department.

The one was one of the nicest I have stayed in. The staff went above and beyond

Excellent stay and the staff is very good. My only complaint was that there was no milk for the cereal at breakfast . The room was very clean and the the entire facility is very well taken care of by the staff. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very good as well.

The shower didnt seem to work, but i didnt call. Im sure rhey would have would have addressed the problem.

Thete were bugs and the rooms didn't seem all that clean

I have already put all of my complaints in this. It was terrible from the minute we walked in and was given the wrong room to check out w terrible service. Not clean. Sats no smoking but reeks of smoke , shower felt like it was going to fall thru. Laundry right across guest rooms. Every single thing about this stay was terrible and will NEVER go back

They had to switch rooms. The one they had slated for us was not made up from the previous guest, and the toilet was stopped up. They wanted us to wait while they got the room ready instead of giving us another one. I had to insist to get another one.
