Super 8 by Wyndham Boonville

When I checked in, the person working behind the counter spoke in a very subdued voice (so I could barely hear him) and also did not tell me about the special shower setup. So when I tried to use it later, I was unable to get the shower to work and had to take a bath. Also the TV only had about 25 channels--the setup to get additional channels was not working (although it was supposed to be repaired Monday).

The room 109 was actually smoking designated, smelled awful. There was some brown substance smeared on the headboard and flung on the ceiling, plus other yuckiness on walls and carpet needs replacing, there's no way it will come clean anymore. Mattress had a big brown stain (looked like either vomit or blood) down the side right where people's face goes. Bathroom ceiling had bulging water damage with mold from the floor above, and the curtain rod was about to fall out of the wall. Charged a pet fee upon checking in, after we booked the room on Orbitz and no fee was posted. Security card readers at entrances were broken, literally smashed. The guy at the front desk spoke very little English, making communication difficult. I felt bad for him, as he was also clearly not knowledgeable about the computer system either. Some people are quite mean to employees in this predicament. Housekeeping did a decent job, but complete lack in maintenance makes it feel disgusting.

The room smelled moldy. Developed allergic symptoms. Got insect bites, hope it wasn’t bedbugs!

Felt unsafe for Self & our Vehicle & Things inside Vehicle. Plus does not look good when Police showup right after your arrival. Plus was extremely hard to understand the Staff that was on Duty when we arrived

It's a place to sleep for a night, nothing fancy. Breakfast wasn't much and the cereal was stale. Probably wouldn't stay again as there are other hotels nearby that appear better.

We had booked for 5 people. The room was a double bed and said it slept 5. Luckily my kids are small so we had to put all 3 kids in one bed. The beds were also full size, not queen.

Breakfast was cold, no coffee. heating and cooling system in room did not work properly. Booking was for queen sized bed, the room had a double. In room coffeemaker needed replaced, however it did work. I would not stay at this property again.
