Check-in and parking

Shower for handicap persons ran all over the floor. Move shower curtain ~2 in down and ~2 in into shower. The room was not serviced on Saturday/. Is that to be expected? ~

The hallway smelled. Did not have coffee and the breakfast was in zip lock bags. It was tolerable
