Super 8 by Wyndham Waldorf

Awful experience. The front desk clerk was not helpful at all about telling about what is included in the package or where the room was in relation to the front desk. Not a big deal but he was condescending. Then the room. I booked a single and was given a double without any accommodations such as refund etc. The biggest issue was the room. The immediate smell was awful and I'm almost sure the staff knew it was bad because the window was propped open likely to 'air out' the room. Once I turned on the heater to warm up the room of course there is a burning and a lingering odor there. The bed was not fully made up. And the floor of the bathtub was peeled off/non existent. Worst 80 bucks spent ever.

Poor condition, mold in the bathroom

This hotel is a complete DUMP! From the stench of cigarette smoke, weed smoke and musty mildew...you'll be sure to get a headache. I was trapped after checking in to this dump because I had no money to transfer out. Al I could do was PRAY that my checkout day came fast. After complaining about water damage, dead roaches, urinated beds, and MOLD, I was threatened to be kicked out and was told I would NOT get my money back. They even went as far as to say it didn't matter if I called the heath department because they would really do anything anyway. Please, if you're looking for cheap, you'll get EXACTLY just that with a side of dirty stained bath towels and washcloths. I will NEVER stay at this dump ever again. And YES! I called the health department, its just THAT bad. I have pics to prove it!

The room was gr3at service was good but i payed 18 more dollars for a breakfast for 2 for 2 mornings an the motel had free breakfast anyways that was a rip off

There definitely should be a Coffee Maker in the room, and Coffee in the lobby during busy hours. There should also be fruit, bagels, hard boiled eggs, yogurt offered in the morning. I asked for two more pillows and the office said they would take them to the room ..... after being out all day, we had to pick them up and do it ourselves. Lastly, the Front Desk Clerk snatched the door key from me saying nothing when we departed after 2 days .... very rude. The positive is : The room was a heck of a deal for a nice clean king bed room, for 2 nights at $119.88 total in a nice Baltimore Md suburb city. The bed was super comfy .... everything worked well ..... the TV had tons of channels. The bathroom wasn't fancy, but very well maintained and useable. I would give the Room 4 Stars ..... The Food ..... 2 out of 4 stars ...... the Maid Service 4 stars ...... And The Front Desk 2 out of 4 stars. Overall 3 out of 4 stars. The price was nice for 2 nights ...... $ 119.88 total. I would recommend This Super 8, just don't expect to be treated like a King.

Worst Super 8 I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED

It's the cheapest and that's a plus but for the money you save it's not really worth the hassle. The room was OK didn't get one bed like I asked and one of the two beds were broken. The sink stayed clogged even after I complained but it's OK if you're just looking for a crash spot
