The AC unit was very noisy

First of all, let me say the staff was extremely nice & tried to accommodate. The beds & pillows were comfortable. However, this motel needs some major upgrades. The carpet in the hallways was terribly stained & needs to be replaced. Rooms have no hair dryers & they had none at front desk, so we had to go out & purchase one. The smoke detector in our room had been removed from the ceiling & was left on top of a shelf. The outlet in the bathroom did not work. There was no roller on the tp dispenser, so had to sit it on the floor or sink. AC worked & definitely cooled the room, however unless you sat it on the “dry” setting the humidity in the room was horrible. The only toiletry provided is a bar of soap.

There was no coffee or breakfast

Location was directly on Route 13. Extremely noisy. Due to elevation, our room was about four feet below ground level making the room very humid and unpleasant. The main parking area was not illuminated at night. Groups of immigrant men men sat at table with a Pit Bull drinking beer all night by the rear entrance. I had to park around the front which had no access to enter. At least the front was illuminated. At about midnight I heard some noise and got up to see what was going on only to find a young immigrant next to my car which had two expensive bicycles on the rear talking on the phone. I had to order him to leave because he had no business hanging around a parking lot so late at night. Needless to say neither my wife or I could sleep the rest of the night. We couldn’t wait to get out of that place. I would not recommend this motel to anyone. Awful.

It was clean and price was better than most hotels in area. The staff was very pleasant. The location is good close many stores and interstate access.

Ask for another pillow and front desk said they were out. Room had a funny smell. The beds could use updating, you could feel the springs.

Quiet and peaceful near a busy highway and business route.

Wear and tare on room furnishings, flooring and bed cover was dirty. No coffee.

It was reasonably priced for the Fourth of July.

No pool. It was sold out so crowded. People smoking near the doorway. Well, a few feet away.
