Bed was uncomfortable and only 2 pillows for each bed plus no TV access

The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very rarely did we see the staff. You could stand by the front desk and not see anyone, even if you rang the buzzer. The furniture was not clean and very shoddy. The comforter had stains on it. Everything was penny pinching practices. One tiny sample bottle of shampoo, not enough towels supplied. Curtains had stains on them, three tiny pillows on a king size bed, the tub had hair in it. I'm not usually a person who gives poor ratings but I felt like I was staying at a motel in a third world country. We don't plan on going back to this particular motel.

The hotel was looking a little outdated

The bed was comfortable, the AC/heat was good, the shower functioned well, the sink area and vanity was very nice, the desk clerk there when we came was very kind and helpful in getting us moved in - she carried a lot of our luggage upstairs to the 2nd floor. (We're on a special diet and brought a cooler and also had medical equipment to carry upstairs. We had requested a 1st floor room but none was available.) We didn't know there wasn't an elevator when we reserved the room.

So the desk clerk (though very nice) had such a heavy accent that I couldn't understand what she was saying. Even asking her to repeat did not help. The bathroom door had a weird sheet taped to the back of it which dragged on the floor every time it was opened or closed and had a screw sticking out of it. The toilet was not seated on the floor correctly and made a lot of noise when getting on and off it. A light bulb above the mirror was burned out so it was hard to see for self-grooming, makeup, etc. There was a sign saying to contact the front desk, dial '0'. I tried that many times but it was always a busy signal so I had to go down the stairs when I needed something. When we arrived there was only one bath towel and one hand towel in the bathroom. I had to go downstairs to get more towels. We had an accident on the bed the 1st night so I requested twice that the bed be completely remaid. Some one came around to empty wastebaskets but we waited all day and no one ever came to make or remake the bed or do anything else in the room. So we just slept on soiled linens the 2nd night.

Nothing the scammed me

They charged an extra 100 dollars for damages to sheets and towels that weren't even from my room. And wouldn't refund it

Were were not in the room other than to sleep. The bed was reasonably comfortable but the pillows were small and not great. the exhaust fan in the bathroom made a noise after running for just a few minutes. Other than those few items it was as expected and served as needed for our visit.

Not much. It was cheap. The front desk check in was pleasant.

The room was disgusting - the shower had been patched numerous times but needed replaced, the drain didn't drain, the bathroom had mold in it, the ceiling was coming down, the AC wasn't adequate, the overall appearance and cleanliness were not up to our standards (which really aren't very high).
