There was a smell as soon as you enter and our room wasn’t the cleanest much less the bathroom

Breakfast options were good. Room flooring was filthy. Carpet hides the dirt and bathroom floor hasn't been cleaned in some time. Beds were okay but not made up everyday. Pillows were way too soft. Cost per night was reasonable for the area. Location was excellent for attending Tanglewood concerts.

An older property with few amenities. Clean and quiet for an overnight stay after an evening concert at Tanglewood.

Room stank heavily of scented room freshner when we arrived. Used A/C to clear the scent but A/C was extremely loud and rattled - woke us up every time it turned on throughout the night so we were exhausted the next day. Beds linen were stained - comforter and bedspread (see photos). This hotel appears to be in decline. Manager said "sorry" but did nothing in response to complaints. We will be staying here again.

Not a bad stay here. Check in took a bit longer due to the confused person ahead of us. The poor desk manager had a long line of check ins and a phone ringing off the hook and no help. The room was a good size and the king bed was comfortable. We had a corner room and the window facing the side parking lot was broken. It would not latch shut so it was letting lots of hot air in while we were blasting the a/c trying to cool it down. The bathroom was dated but ok. The drain latch in the tub would not stay down unless you held it so you ended up standing in all your dirty shower water. The breakfast was meh. For someone who is gluten free the choices were yogurt or oatmeal. I had both but it would have been nice to have at least one of the cereals be gf (like Cheerios). I am used to there not being gf bread and that’s ok. There was no one at the desk when we checked out otherwise I would have mentioned the issues directly to them. But overall the stay was fine and convenient and mostly worth the price.

No elevator! Dingy, musty and mold on the wall near the (noisy) A/C. Limited choices for breakfast such as Jimmy Dean frozen egg Mc-muffins. WIFI was extremely slow and unsecured network.
