Hotel seemed to be recently renovated. Is located close to highway and walking distance to Lee, Ma restaurants. Did not try the breakfast, but is available.

"Callous hotel. Never book here."

We were coming as a family and had about 3 rooms for two (in one case, one) nights on February 14th and 15th. We were celebrating my father's ( who lives in Sheffield) 100th birthday. However, about 6 days before , the 14th, he acquired Covid and pneumonia. I believe my sister booked through Hotels.com and immediately asked if we could have a refund or a rain date for a later time. We were told that Hotels.com would check with the Quality Inn to see what could be done. We anxiously waited several days and were told no on Friday the 14th. Needless to say we were devastated as none of us could afford the price of the rooms but we banded together to help each other given the momentous occasion. We are devastated by your callousness and that is why we gave you such bad review.
