Dirty, creepy hotel. Room smelled like smoke so I was changed to another room that also smelled like smoke. Weird men hanging around in the parking lot and hallways - women travelers avoid this property!

The area of Keene.

Room was dirty, tub took a hr to drain. Refrigerator was dirty, we were in the room 8hrs and left for little bit and when we came back they went into our room while we were gone and moved stuff and it wasn't service the bed was still torn apart. I work for roadway inn Lakeville ny and I would be in trouble if I did that. Guest for 3 or more days get service every 3 days and if they need something they call the desk 🤔 very unprofessional and rude at day's inn. In November we stayed at day's inn in sturbridge ma. It was the same way there as Keene days inn we left and went to different hotel in November. I never got compensated either...
