Days Inn by Wyndham Keene NH

The property was nice and decent easy accessible people are very nice and I didn’t realize her part of the Wyndham

It probably was really nice. They could use new lock door systems. Their key card don’t work very well to unlock your door. I didn’t notice that and since you’re involved in Windham, I don’t know why they only try to get the grant they have them upgraded, but the key card for their doors need to be upgraded tremendously.

Not much variety

The shower did not work and I was not compensated at all,, very disappointed since I stay there a lot:(

I usually feel uncomfortable at these places. Staff makes you feel uncomfortable but this staff didn't, it was a very welcoming situation and no one bothered me or my little dog.

The cleaning products in the hallway smelled overwhelming. The room definitely smelled like dog, but tolerable. And the pillows on the bed were half size, that was mildly disappointing, but regardless I still give this hotel a 9 out of 10. Oh and if you read this, the light over the mirror doesn't work so the fan runs in the bathroom when you're in there for no real good reason.

The manager was nice and gave us a refund. The bathroom tub had a leak when we arrived and with the mold we decided not to stay.

The property is old and not kept up. The bathroom had a leak and there was mold in the shower. It was a bit sketchy even though the location and area are good. We did not feel comfortable there and it smelled like cigarettes in areas.

I like that I always seem to get the same room every time I stay here! The staff are always very accommodating and helpful and ready to handle my concerns. The room was very clean upon entering and it was right next to the exit, which is something I prefer.

Breakfast was a little lacking. Eggs and 2 kinds of sausage, not bacon. Upon entering the room there was an odd petroleum based smell, or maybe WD-40 or some kind of cleaning solution? The smell was unnoticeable after a few seconds of being in the room, but it was strong each time I entered the room. The lights were a little dim, even with all of them turned on at night. It was difficult to read and eat but made for a comfortable atmosphere to relax in.
