Great location, great price point and breakfast! Staff was helpful and pleasant.

The carpet. Rooms were updated but should have ripped out the carpet and laid down tile or fake wood flooring.

Room was clean, staff was kind and accommodating. Stayed during Laconia bike week. Ample well lit parking. Parking lot had a fair amount of trucks/trailers, so a good place to stay if you are trailering in and need parking. I liked how well this parking lot is lit up at night. Hotel is 12 miles from strip. Breakfast included some cereal, toast, bagels, yogurt, make your own waffles, coffee and tea. Flavored coffee creamer would have been amazing! The location is easy to get to, right off highway, close to everything you need. Quiet hotel that was easy to get a good nights sleep at, decent beds and linens. Plenty of pillows.

The bath towels are so thin and small that you need 3 to dry off with.
