Man upfront was very nice came to the room and even helped us out with the tv. Room did not have a remote so he put effort into going and getting one so we could have tv on for the kids. Great place to stay for over night traveling.

The bed was comfortable.

The floor in our room felt gritty and it wasn't clean at all. Our room stayed hot all night even though we selected high cool and turned down the thermostat. Will not be back

The entire property inside and out needs a major refurbishment. Basically, it I'd in pitiful condition. Your sales and marketing team should take a serious look at the property and make some decisions.
