The owner was incredibly rude. The heat did not work, it was freezing in the room. I had my children with me and we had to leave due to it being cold in the room.

The property was not kept on nice. The outside has no curb appeal at all! The towels were in bad condition. I would not use what we were given to any company coming to my house. Staff not friendly not able to get even a good morning from them. Food for continental breakfast was not good. One kind of cereal which was raison brand--what if you don't like raisons? Only white bread for toast, 1 oatmeal cereal packet in the drawer. Rooms are outdated and bed mattress very soft and pillows hard and bulky. TV hard to operate
