I M Hotel by Timberlake

Location was easy to get too.

Some of the usb outlits didnt work and our room tv worked when it wanted too. Paper thin walls esp if your on the lower level unless the room above us was rented out to a heard of elephants.

I only stay at this hotel in grand rapids when Im in town. Its the cleanest. And the breakfast is always pretty good

The price

Located next door to a very good restaurant. Motel was clean and had a great shower. Breakfast buffet was better than most and began at 5am.

Beds very comfortable. Staff connected and professional. Clean rooms and breakfast area.

Breakfast choices minimal. Real half and half for some coffee drinkers a must. Artificial creamers are not a substitute.

Morning staff was ill-trained to handle several issues. I stood in line about 20 minutes before I was able to check out. The room had a heavy odor that was clearly intended to cover up another odor, like dog or smoking.
