Would’ve liked to have had a spa or a pool

The place is always clean and the staff is always attentive.

Really nothing to complain about.

The website kicked me to to the IM instead of the actual Timberlake Hotel with the water slide and pool and I didn’t know till we went to check in. We drove from Hibbing to surprise my son JUST to use the waterpark so I was very upset. The desk person immediately understood what happened and told me to contact booking.com and he would cancel the room with absolutely no charge! I walked to the correct hotel across the parking lot and told them what happened and they also totally understood how it happened and got us a last minute room! We weren’t even staying the night just paying for a room to swim so them being so helpful was absolutely amazing! Exceptional staff at both places. Booking.com should however clarify somewhere when they have 2 different facilities with 2 different amenities and not just show both under the same booking like it’s all the same place. So easy to pay for the wrong thing and could cause some very unhappy customers had the staff not save the day. I will not be using them again.

Thinking I was booking the building with the pool and waterslide and getting a entirely different building with nothing but IM in front of the email after to notify me it wasn’t the location I thought I was reserving.

Everything was fine except what I state below. I didn't eat the breakfast so I can't say anything good or bad about it. The room was cozy.

I didn't like that my car got broken into and the response I got was that I had to call the police and they would call the hotel to see the cameras. I don't know why they couldn't just look and let me know if it happened at this hotel that night.

This is the cleanest hotel in grand rapids! Breakfast is always good too!

The price
