"Awful and I better get a refund!!"

Even though a sign was posted in the hot tub that clearly stated no kids allowed under the age of 14 without an adult, there were about 7 kids in there around the age of 6-8 unsupervised splashing and screaming and being abnoxious. Now had they been sitting quietly no problem at all!!! When I confronted the manager Tristan Gerber he called my sister and daughter and I racist and swore at us in front of other guests and us and kicked us out of the property all the while we were being threatened by the guests. (The parents of the small kids in the hottub). It was the worst experience. of my life

Everything. This place is terrible. I was requesting the police be called because the husband and wife were outside waiting for us and instead he called the cops on us. This man is absolutely a disgusting human and should be fired immediately
