No hot water for tea that was available. One pot of coffee for breakfast and nothing else .

Room decor nice and the room was clean.

Unfortunately, the room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, which I am very sensitive to. I kept the window open to make it possible to tolerate. The breakfast was incredibly sparse, but I was prepared for that to be the case by reading reviews.

it's a below-average motel with horrible bedding, everything is old and dilapidated, linens not ironed, towels old, stained, and yellow. I hope i didn't pick up bed bugs there.

Went to check in, at 5, rooms were not ready, said they didn't have any, even though I confirmed 3 rooms. Ended up with 2 rooms and waited a hour 1/2 to get our rooms. Then the lights were out for over 2 hours, power outage, Ended up leaving and driving 3 hours home.

I was unable to cancel my reservation. Could not do it through booking app. Could not get anyone live. What they asked for on the itinerary was not on the app.
