StayInn Little Falls

We arrived at the property at 11pm and were told there were no rooms even though we had prepaid for our room. The attendant told us to call booking as they should not have taken our money for a room as they had been booked for months. Booking has not yet refunded us for a stay we were not able to complete and then we needed to find a new place to stay at 11pm

It was okay for a quick over night stay. Very outdated, run down. Breakfast was some bananas in a bowl in the lobby, coffee was not set up.

Needed an affordable place and this foot the bill.

The bathroom door did not shut. Breakfast was included in the price, but there was no breakfast available and no one at the front desk. I called a phone number and mailbox was full. Also the matress was lumpy.

It was satisfactory. The room was clean.

Unable to get a hold of anyone for weeks before we arrived, left messages, texts and emails with no reply.

We didn’t like anything leavening was the best part!!!

We had to wait until 7:15 pm to check in for our 2:00-3:00pm check in. We asked for a mobility impaired suite on the ground floor. We had a reservation for a king bed and pull out couch handicapped suite. They gave our room to someone else. Instead we got a two twin bedroom, not for handicapped, at the end off the hall basement floor ! If they had told us that there was a door a few feet from the room with a couple of steps down to the room, not accessible from the exterior with the key even though it had a card reader I must say, it would have been a great help. Instead after dragging all our luggage through the entire ground floor we discovered the door a few feet from our room that could be opened from the interior saving the some 300’ of walking on the inside! The staff, owners or who ever was supposed to be at the front deck were less than helpful when you could find them! We tried to get an employee or desk person to talk to and after ringing a bell intercom a person showed up after 15 minutes! I asked to speak to someone about the mixup with our accommodations and that person said that the manager had left the building and wouldn’t be back for a few hours she would contact us when she got back! She gave me a number to reach the manager, which I tried and the mail box was full from all the other guests who were trying to reach the manager! The front desk had no one at the helm at anytime and if you needed anything you had to press the bell intercom and take you chances if someone would actually show up. Most times no one would! All the other guests here that I spoke with said the same thing! Breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30 or 7:00 am I give a half hour leeway here but didn’t open until after 7:45 with a crowd of other guests grumbling and complaining about if, it might be open today or not, when the owners or staff finally showed up with groceries to stock the breakfast nook by that time everyone had cleared out to find breakfast elsewhere!
