Good customer service

Have stayed here twice. This year and last. Room was clean, bed was great, coffee was ok. Breakfast choices were limited to toasting waffles, yogurt, cereal. Its a working persons place. I.e., a place to rest your head, safe, no frills. The noise level was acceptable.

I didn’t have the breakfast. I thought that it was small and out in public.

Rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfortable! Staff was very helpful. Would stay with your facility again.

Better lighting in the room..

This motel was the most expensive on our 5-day road trip. The soap is about the size of a large stamp. The towels are very thin. The room was clean and we did feel safe. The breakfast area is extremely small. The coffee tasted instant. The eggs were hard-boiled. There wasn't a person at the front desk when we checked out. We were disappointed with our stay. We won't stay here again.

This property was a very pleasant surprise; it was much nicer than I expected it to be. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Breakfast choices were somewhat limited but adequate. The location is at the southern end of Willmar on Highway 71 but it was still close to restaurants. If I return to Willmar, I would definitely stay here again.

No problems with this property.

Looks nice, its clean. Problem is the floors creak and groan with someone above you. Book the third floor (top) or stay elsewhere
