Offered a room with water leaking onto the window sill. The room was below ground level. Mold present on baseboard. Strong smell of bleach. Door didn’t close properly. Staff was rude and tried to dismiss our concerns. Didn’t offer a new room and told us to leave.

It was clean but very old looks like they are updating rooms but all the old stuff is in the hallways just sitting there....breakfast is lacking would be nice to have warm breakfast options like eggs and a protien. They really only offer waffles and muffins and ceral

I asked for a 1st level floor and they gave me a 1st level floor. Thank you very much. But the room had Dirty and sticky floors. Can’t be walking barefooted. Wasn’t able to sleep till midnight because the other guests next to our room were drunk, loud and scary. The A/C wasn’t working well.

"Not super, not even close."

No water on arrival and no heads up about that. Door to room (103) broken, had to lift to close. Incredibly noisy ice machine opposite room and corridor heaped with furniture. Fridge disconnected. Multiplug fuse serving microwave kept tripping. Am I a handyman or a guest?
