"This place was a dump. I will never stay there again"

No hot water. I couldn’t take a shower. I had to wash up using the sink. I had to changed rooms because the TV wasn’t working

Easy to find would not stay again

Beds were not comfortable. Carpet in hall was old dirty and had holes. Keys had to be reprogrammed 3 times. Reservation were for room with queen beds. Had to take separate room because of plumbing issue

I did not like much other then the female working named Emily...

EVERYTHING could of been better.. the first room smelled sooooo bad I asked for a different room.. second room I cleaned the room with clorox wipes... it smelled of urine and must or mold.. I believe there was black mold in the AC unit.. I used a soapy rag to try to clean it also and covered it with a towel to filter the air coming out.. I

The person that checked me in, was helpful, friendly & professional. The room was clean.

The beds awful!!!! I spent the next 3 days in a hot tub & I'm still sore from the bed. The television was so ancient, I had to ask front desk to help. The "breakfast" was dismal. The English muffins were dried out & no butter available, terrible coffee, no selection of tea, very disappointed.

The staff is very sweet. They apologize a lot

The shower didn't work They promised to take care of it. The water pressure was very low and cold I was very upset.
