Super 8 by Wyndham Montgomery Maybrook

The rooms were disgusting, the ac did not work and when moved to a new room that one was even worse with a chemical smell. DO NOT RECOMMEND, not even for animals!

This property is great for truckers as the parking is huge. Our room had a dirty, sticky floor and the tub was visibly dirty with mold in the caulking. The tub also didn’t drain. There were crickets in our interior room and yellowjackets. Ice maker was

The hotel needs a major makeover

The rooms were affordable, cheaper than most motels in the area. The woman at the desk was friendly. We were only there one night, and we left at dawn, so we can't comment on the breakfast.

The motel was off on a side road, not well lit, with trucks roaring past continuously. Room smelled like smoke. Floor rugs in the hallways were stained and dirty. Tap water never got more than lukewarm. Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. No modern outlets or USB ports. The room in general had a sense of shabbiness, not up-dated to modern standards.

My stay at this Super 8 was decent at best. The room itself was clean, which I appreciated, but the hotel was missing some basic essentials — there was no iron or ironing board in the room, which was inconvenient. What really stood out, though, was the service. I had to get a replacement key late Saturday night, and I ended up waiting an hour before the front desk staff came to help me. That’s far too long, especially for something as simple as replacing a room key. Overall, this stay didn’t live up to the “Super” in Super 8. The basics were covered, but the lack of amenities and poor service made it hard to recommend.

Property is dated and needs renovation. Bed was comfortable

The facility was ok, but my car was damaged while in the parking lot. Someone opened their car door and damaged my side door.
