Super 8 by Wyndham Bedford

Staff was attentive and friendly. Rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet. Easy access of highway and plenty of parking. Not much more you can ask for at the price.

Not very much! It was easy to find, and allowed pre-registering, so we didn't have a lot of paperwork when we arrived, but not much else was positive.

It was not very clean and it definitely could use some paint. The breakfast was minimal with short hours (6a-9a), and our room was a bit noisy. The ice machine was right outside the room and kept dropping ice in the bin throughout the night.

A basic but clean hotel. Staff was wonderful and we had a perfect night at Super 8 Bedford!

Off the highway, have stayed there prior

Showed up after 7 hour drive , had a confirmation. Spent an hour standing while rep attempted to figure it out. Called booking .Com who confirmed shows booking but something wrong with system. After standing for all that time I asked him to please get me a room and he can figure it out. Rep wrote down my debit card into on a sticky note. I addressed that as being a major concern. He told me it was for incidentals. I was still totally thrown off.. he said no worries since he doesn't have cvv#. Rep woke me up and said he would be charging my card once booking.com sent me an email to cancel stay. He charged my card for the room before i received the email for cancelation.

I booked online and asked to see the room when I arrived. The whole place smelled musty and the bathroom had mold by the tub and along the sink base. I said can I cancel and he said yes. They are still trying to charge me. Booking. Com wanted photo proof. I didn’t think to take pictures as we didn’t check in. I was given an $11 credit. Will no longer use booking.com nor stay at a Super 9
