"nice rooms, great staff needed better breakfast"

Place was nice was complementary breakfast was a bit lacking compared to other establishments. The staff was wonderful and very kind and helpful and the buildings and rooms were very nice

Everything with the room and service was fine.

The only thing that I did not like was that there was no elevator or luggage dolly's and I had my elderly mother with me who has to use a walker and cannot help carry luggage. I know there were only 2 or 3 steps to go down; but I am almost 60 years old, was very tired after a long day, and was very upset that I had to make several trips in and out to get what we needed inside. Please advertise that you don't have the luggage dolly's or any elevators. Thank you

There were a lot of cockroaches crawling around & The bed sheets and bath towels smelled strongly of bleach

Velké zklamání. Bydleli jsme jednu noc při přesunu. Dojeli jsme na ubytování ve 12 v noci a už v 7 jsme raději zmizeli. Celkově bylo ubytování velmi sparťanské - chodby se houpaly, vše bylo slyšet. Klima v pokoji nastavená šíleně nízko, takže při příchodu hrozná zima, povlečení bylo vlhké celou noc. Už nikdy.
