Super 8 by Wyndham New Castle

Didn’t like it at all front desk very rude place wasn’t very clean dirty rags my floor look like it wasn’t clean old bread on floor my daughter was finding ants tub was dirty no bag for ice tray refrigerator wasn’t cold heater acting up water in bathroom in bathtub wasn’t warm at all I had take a cold shower

Front desk very rude they didn’t make me feel welcome or safe , smell horrible in lobby even in rooms smell like a dead body my daughter found a bus , dirty rag dirty floors look like haven’t been vacuum bread was still on floor by garbage can, shower don’t get warm at all had shower with no warm water, heater barley work refrigerator barley works not very clean place

The room had stink bugs through the room on the sealing and floor also the few on the walls The water was warm at best all the way on high in the shower The breakfast was disgusting we didn't even eat breakfast because the waffle maker wasn't clean it had food stuck all over it and there was nothing else to choose from The coffee maker was also not clean at all This was one of the worst stays we have experienced in a long time

This place is an absolutle s**thole. DON'T DARE waste your time even thinking about booking here. The experience was a nightmare. I booked through Super.com and will never use them again either, I don't care what discount is given. First room we were given, when checking in, smelled like a dead animal and was about 100 degrees when we walked in. We walked right back out and explained to management. He apologized, and gave us a room upstairs. We walked in and nothing was clean, STAINS right on the top blanket, and YOU KNOW which kind, walls weren't wiped, looked like spattered blood on them right outside the bathroom, which would leave Dexter Morgan mystified and mortified all at once. We were so disgusted we went down and told them there was not a chance we were staying here. They refused a refund, stating that since we booked through Super.com that they would have to contact them by phone, and only then would they approve a refund. So we went to the car, spent thirty minutes calling them and they wouldn't refund unless the management of the Hotel sent them documentation by email for approval of the cancellation. I went in and requested that they do that and they refused, to even give me a statement in writing or typed, stating that they would only approve if Super.com contacted them by phone, which they refused to do. Unbelievable. Needless to say, we went to the hotel across the street and I lost my money because both the management and Super.com were negligent. Drugs are also rampant. While conversing on the phone about the ordeal, the smell of weed billowed out the first floor window of one of the rooms, so beware, anything goes here!!
