The owner and the second-shift staff are rude and unprofessional. Alarmingly, they employ a maintenance worker who is a convicted pedophile, guilty of first-degree sexual assault of a child, and he resides on-site. I strongly advise against bringing families here. Furthermore, the owner exploits long-term guests by charging them taxes on their rooms, despite their extended stay exceeding 30 days. He also harasses disabled customers with service animals, imposing exorbitant fees of $20 per night. The only redeeming staff member is Manager Deb, who deserves recognition for her excellent service. Unfortunately, this establishment is discriminatory, disgusting, and disregards laws due to financial struggles. I suggest that if the owner ceased evicting paying customers who hurt his pride, he might be able to afford running a lawful business

Night clerk gave us two rooms on second floor both rooms and hallway wrecked of weed. Third room on 1st floor had bugs. Shower wall had tape over a whole and tub had a big open crack. Had a bug crawling on desk that crawled on bag of ice. It seemed like more of a probable weekly rental than an hotel. Better than hotel 6
