The staff are extremely friendly

The towels were washed well. The bed was comfortable enough.

Chair was dirty, didn't feel comfortable to sit in it. The Desk chair was semi broken and not trustworthy to sit in. The bugs on the window screen were gross and I couldn't even leave the curtains open to look out. The toilet stuck and the tub repairs made it feel dirty.

First good bed in a while. Friendly staff. WiFi was down

Sketchy people hanging around the front doors and lobbies. Not suitable for kids.

Sheets were horrible

Nothing - we didn’t check in. There was a person high (on drugs) walking through the lobby. They were homeless (not staying at the hotel). The front desk person were unable to kick them out. There was a fist fight in the parking lot when we went to our vehicle to get our luggage. We were scared to stay at the hotel. We went back to the front desk to try and cancel and they wouldn’t cancel our stay, even after telling them we were scared to stay at the hotel. They told us that we would have to cancel through Booking.com. I attempted to get ahold of Booking.com and was directed to AI bot. Not cool. Was hoping to chat with an actual agent. We did not stay at the Grizzly Hotel! We ended up staying at the Holiday Inn in Great Falls. If someone reads this please reach out to me to discuss.

Tvs need to be bigger and mounted on the wall

The surrounding amenities met expectations that you could walk to the area mall or walk around the neighbourhood comfortably.

There was a guest who smoked in the hotel and you could smell the smoke through the ventilation.
