USGot to our room and no remote . Called front desk said they would send someone with a remote and then we waited for an hour and a half and called again. When the front desk girl came she said none of the extra remotes work and she knows there was two remotes left in the room before we got here. Ridiculous why would we ask for a remote and hide the others . I asked to be moved to another room she said no because she couldn’t have guests arriving stay in this room cause the bathroom light is broke and no remote for the tv. Asked her why it is okay for us to stay in it then she said she was tired and to call the help center . What help center ? I asked for a manager was told she is at home. The front desk girl said she can’t help us and left . Absolutely unacceptable.

Staff was very accommodating but there were several items we had to point out to them that needed attention.
A little dark and out of date, a few things broken in the public areas including the key reader in the stairwell nearest my room.
