1st floor, beds clean, staff

dripping tub, mold smell throughout, bed springs creaking, tv remote inconsistent control, apparent leak from above in bathroom tub area, paint drips in bathroom, towel covering bottom of door across the hall, automatic door to reception inoperative, side door dragging on ground, door skin to bathroom repaired multiple times with screws, shower head needs cleaning, repairs throughout obvious

The he bed was very comfortable and enjoyed the the shower and TV. Coffee was available in the morning ✅✅✅✅

It was easy to get there, right off the highway

The smell in the room was not pleasant, and I saw 2 cockroaches in the bathroom.

Wasn't interested due the roaches in my room

Condition of room

The staff were nice and quickly accommodated our request of switching rooms. Unfortunately, the facilities were not good enough to stay.

Walking in, there was a broken pipe dripping into a bucket near the door to my room. My family members could not sleep in the room and we opted for the car because of how bad the musky, smokey, and moldy odor that wafted throughout the room. We did not stay two nights. We were switched to a new room in the middle of the night after complaining, only to find a bug in the middle of the floor. This place needs to be shut down before someone gets sick.

I would not recommend this hotel that anyone. TV wasn't even working.

My hotel room had at least 8 roaches. I asked for a different room, and they wouldn't give me one, so I had to leave and find somewhere else to stay.

The beds and room was clean and on 1st floor. We won't stay on that floor again. but we will stay on the 2nd floor. Much better, safer feeling and rooms are better

The smoke detector hanging down, the vent cover in bathroom wasn't tight. Hallway was creepy feeling. Was on 1st floor and gave me the creeps.
