Place was dirty with pubic hair all over the bathroom

The stay was fine.

We had a smoking room so we expected a smell, but it was horrible. I was itching the entire night, and the AC wasn’t working properly. Oh and I got charged an extra $50 outside of the price from the hotel??

Was okay. Staff was friendly. Noisy. Recliner in the room was literally falling apart

This is an inexpensive hotel that is well worn around the edges. Stay here to get a good night's sleep for not much money. No frills.

It’s a Super 8 so keep that in mind. It’s not going to be fancy; however, I do expect clean. The carpet in our room & the hallways was stained badly. Our comforter was stained. Our sheets were clean so that was a positive. The mattress cover (I always check for bed bugs) was stained & made me check extra hard for bed bugs. Maybe a different room has them & this bedding had come from that room or maybe they used to have them & they just haven’t changed the bedding. If BG hadn’t been booked everywhere we would’ve gone somewhere else when I saw that. Thankfully it wasn’t something we lay on directly & I didn’t see bed bugs (and there wasn’t any in my room) so we went ahead & stayed since the sheets were good. The breakfast was ok. They had tiny bagels, toast, cereal, & a waffle maker. It wasn’t the best but ok I suppose. We only ate breakfast the first day. Just opted out the second. The staff was friendly & the hotel was quiet.

Could be more overall cleaner in the rooms. Room missing iron. Some Equipment was broken/malfunctioning.

The mattress was terrible

NO Pool When reserving the hotel they confirmed a pool The pool has not been functional all year! The office clerk said "no pool guy".

The best thing about this place was the friendly guy that checked us in when we arrived (thanks for being welcoming!). Aside from that, the place smells of cigarette smoke (smoking is allowed in certain rooms), the outside property looks unkempt. Our room: had a weird smell to it, there were stains on the chairs and bed linens (we went to Walmart and got other bedding to use), and there was an old cigarette on the floor (this was a nonsmoking room). Another disappointment was that I booked this hotel for a few reasons: cheap, relatively close to our destination, and it had a pool I hoped we could relax in when not out and about. The pool is covered. Why would the pool be covered in July/august? Very disappointed.
