Nice hotel

For a budget it is excellent

Over all the stay was great

I I took my pet with me and she kept on finding like pizza boxes alcohol bottles water bottles from underneath the bed after we're trying to play ball when I did make a complaint to the staff nothing was done being offered me another room I asked her another room they denied also they denied to give me a refund

The sheets and towels seemed to be clean. However, the first room we were given had hair in the shower, and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. The mirrors had streaks on them and water spots in the bathroom. The floor was not swept or vacuumed. Getting a new room was easy and quick. Again, the sheets and towels were clean. However, the bathroom had dead bugs in the corner and in the ice bucket. Mirrors again had smears on them. Microwave had a sticky button panel, the toilet was mostly clean, but had gunk in crevices. The lobby and staircase had dusty old Christmas decorations. Everything had dust and felt very neglected. In the morning for breakfast the lobby had water on the floors with safety cones around. No one to speak of was working to clean it up. Breakfast smelled great. But again everything had a grimy feel. Tables not wiped, sticky serving items. Overall, not a great experience.

we were able to check into our room on time. when we first walked in, the wall protector that was supposed to be screwed into the wall was falling off the wall and the coat rack was falling off the wall. there was no tv remote in the room, we had to ask for one, and there was no water pressure in the bathroom sink. we paid extra for a jacuzzi tub that was in our room and that worked great even though the tub itself is showing signs of wear and tear. the bed was comfortable. I did not use the shower so I don't know if it worked or not. one of the reasons I booked at this hotel is because it had free breakfast. well I found out why it was free, the eggs did not look very good so we stayed away from the eggs. the fresh made waffles were tasty. the sausages were under cooked so I would not recommend those. the coffee was terrible and they only gave us decaf coffee in the room. there was yogurt and cereal. we ended up buying coffee at dunkin donuts. I also found out there is a pool but you have to walk or drive to the hotel next door to use it, and its very small. I will stay at holiday inn next time.

Room was fine. Property is strange and needs outside addressed with mowing repair

When I parked in the back there was people smoking in a place that was right under the window to my room and the air conditioner was on so it suck all the smell to my room when I arrived. The room in a non smoking room and it smelled of cigarette smoke it took me several hours to get the smell out after the people left. Just a FYI move the smoker section to another location from the non smoker section. Also the bathroom fan needs help make a lot of noise
