i woke up to cockroaches in my bed and shower

Cheap and nice stay

The whole stay was poor. Wont stay there Again. Building is in need of repair. Rooms are in poor shape. Dirty rooms. Windows are dirty enough that you really can't see out of them. Same with tv screen. Hallway stunk. It smelled like the trash by the ice machine hadn't been dumped in a year. There was a poopy diaper or Dog poop in it. And the grassy area out side was covered with dog poop . The live in residents have smoking rooms and the hallway smells of cigarette smoke. And the extra smokers of Weed. That smell was in the air. So we wont be staying there again.

The lady that checked us in went above and beyond her job to make us very comfortable I think her name was Michelle very very friendly and very polite and very helpful she has a great attitude on serving customers

My stays here have been really great

The service was great! Michelle M was really helpful and a hard worker she deserves a raise! Loved the stay we will be back! The storm was so bad we were 3 hours late to check in and were worried we wouldn’t have a room but when we called Michelle M told to come on she was holding our room.

I very much appreciated the staff. They were all exceptional workers and my stay was boosted as a result of them.

My microwave was in French, the internet was low quality, the air conditioner did not work for heating nor cooling and the side door didn't work and had to be blocked with a cinder block.
