So clean, I was even able to take a soak in the bathtub, bed was very comfortable, Breakfast.. the attendant worked so hard to keep everything stocked great selection. Most hotels don't offer much. The budget friendly price.. Best hotel this trip

A very clean.hptel. The young woman overseeing the breakfast area wasn't very attentive-cleaning tables as quickly as people finished eating, refilling coffee pots before being alerted that they were empty

The room was clean and dusted. Everything was easy to find. It had all the soap/things in a good spot.

The beds were too firm. We got to the room at about 8:30 pm. Tried to lay down to rest but no matter what position we laid in it was too firm and too hot. Tried to use the AC, the dial that turns it to the coldest setting would not stay on for more than a few seconds. We ended up leaving after 3 hrs and gave up. I haven't ever had a bad experience with the hotel chain before. When I gave back the key cards to the room and said it was horrible he didn't even offer an I'm sorry or offer for reimbursement. The place was booked solid and people were yelling in the other rooms as well which didn't help. Anyway, room 518 needs new beds and someone to look at the AC dials.
