I was pleased with the appearance and cleanliness of the room aside from the fact that it could have used a good mopping and the shower head needs to be cleaned because it's a little mildewy. Wi-Fi was non-existent unless you were within 10 ft of the office. Ice machine needs to be serviced. Aside from that; very happy with the staff and amenities. I live in Ringgold and may just rent this again just to get a break away from the rv. Very satisfied. 👍🙂👍

USThe location was good..I think they need more parking and I ddnt think much of the "breakfast" it's hit or miss what places call "breakfast" and this was a miss..the staff and housekeeping were very friendly and accommodating.
The "breakfast" it was prepackaged contential without any hot stuff (eggs sausage ECT) no milk for the cereal and not much of a selection..it's supposed to be from 6-9 but at 8-8:30 it was pretty sparce..we were there for 3 days and seemed less each day..we ended up getting food from the grocery store and fixing it in the room..😞💔
Was surprised by the extra charges for pets because there was no mention of them on the website.

There were folks apparently living there who were incredibly intrusive and were likely unaware they were focused on someone working within the judiciary.
They said there was breakfast, but there wasn't any. They never cleaned the room.if we asked for towels trash bags coffee they would give it do us. Desk people were friendly.

USThe staff primarily. The entire front desk was affable and beyond courteous. The only two issues I ran into were the plumbing (sink) and an incredibly intrusive neighbor who appeared to be living there. She was clearly unaware that she was focused on someone involved in the judiciary system. She made a portion of the stay uncomfortable by making herself visible each time I appeared or departed. Other than those issues this is an ideal location specific to quiet and business.
