USThe lady at the front desk was very helpful and kind and the breakfast was okay
I found two roaches and killed them in the bathroom and the carpet was extremely stained and the lights by the bed did not work
I didn't look at breakfast, was there just for work, my stay was restful and met my needs
USUSHonestly, there was not much to like about the property. It was filthy location was extremely noisy. The the two girls that I seen that works at the front desk were friendly.
The doors did not seem to lock properly you could see light through them. The area seemed very scary. The room was discussing. There was black mold, or some type of mold on the roof in the shower. The walls were filthy. The floors did not look like they had been cleaned in a while. Everything was old and worn down.
It was a quiet location with several eating establishments within walking distance.
This is my second review of this stay at Super 8 by Wyndham Ringgold/Chattanoga Area. The evening desk attendant was showed the blood (FRESH?), stains that appeared to be semen, and cigarette burns on the bed bottom sheet. Any follow-up has not happened. The evening desk girl stated I should get a discount/refund after she brought this issue to management and would record a note in the database. The next morning during check-out, the day girl stated she could not find any evidence of the prior night's incident, but she would talk to the evening desk attendant and get back to me. No reply as of this writing ----7 days passed.
USI like the set up of the room and the convenience to restaurants.
I should not have had to pay as much as I did when the pool was not an option. That is absolutely unfair. I should have even gotten a discount from the previous stay where I encounter problems.

We had an issue with our room. They went and checked immediately. When it could be fixed rt away they gave us another room.
