Quality Inn Chesapeake - Greenbrier

Great location for what we needed. The room was clean but the air conditioner was not that cool but we managed.

Had to keep waiting for someone to come back to the front desk.

Beds were comphy

It was very dirty. It was like we were in basement and walking around pile of garbage for 2 days. No coffee in the am one morning. My socks were so dirty from walking in room. The bathroom was very dirty looking. Was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. Not worth what they charged and pics on booking.com were very deceiving.

That the front desk guy told me he would give me a refund on one night and to contact booking. Com for the rest

The door had to be picked up and then shut. The locks were not safe, I had to put a chair against the door to feel secure. There were no towels in the bathroom. The sheets on the other bed were dirty. The bed was springy. The sink in the bathroom was the only thing nice.

Awful, dirty, horrible breakfast choices, not a real breakfast included worth paying the extra money for. Room door didnt close all the way, unable to bolt the lock from the inside, tape on the windows to keep closed

Tv, location to highway

That my room in 11 days was never cleaned. When i asked for extra towels the housekeeper seemed bothered. Never given clean sheets. No one at the desk most of the time. Peanut butter past use by date. Refrigerator wasn't good and without a freezer.

Located next to Wafflehouse.

There loud music late at night.
