whole hotel smelled of smoke and I received a smoking room after booking non smoking

Property is just a place to lay your head. No coffee in room, real accommodation, no breakfast, no indoor cameras, homeless down, smells like smoke and others, the list goes on. Staff did there job no compaints but they can make a area and building the hilton.

It was much more cleaner than a expected.

It needs an elevator.

The location and smoking rooms

I think all the rooms needs to have newer beds in them .

I was able to rest.

My tv didn’t work and they didn’t have anyone to fix it until check out time the next morning, that really sucked and made my stay horrible because I love tv .

I liked the location. It was close to the venue of our event in Sunday.

When we checked in, the hallway smelled of cigarettes, although the booking claimed the erin was non-smoking. It was loud. When we entered the room, there were not enough towels for two occupants, and the bed sheets were stained.

Booked a room with double beds, for 2 adults and 2 children, get there and they inform us they only have 1 room available and it's for a queen bed. That was not a queen bed, it was tiny. It was late so we just took the room to get the kids in bed so they offered no accommodations since we took it. We had no choice, no their hotel around had vacancies. We did talk to the manager the next morning and he apologized and said if he had been in he would have given us a king room instead, so apparently there were other rooms, they just couldn't give it to us without him. So who knows.
