Quality Inn & Suites Leesburg Chain of Lakes

The hotel desk was welcoming, the property clean,well kept up and the bed very comfortable. I enjoyed the outdoor pool. The breakfast was adequate but I would have like eggs, which wasn’t available.

It was in the perfect location.

Small things need to be replaced like the ironing board and the iron. Everything else was pleasant enough.

Breakfast was decent—waffles, cereal, and pastries.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The hotel felt very outdated, with several signs of poor maintenance. Instead of properly fixing things, many issues seemed to be covered up. The granite sink had chips filled in with mismatched resin or a similar material, and the bathtub had rust spots that were simply painted over. The shower barely worked, with only a few weak streams of water due to heavy rust and calcium buildup. Paint was peeling from the walls and windows, and the towels provided were stained. Overall, the condition of the room did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness or upkeep.

The room were clean and nice, the location was awkward sometimes the traffic would take forever to let you leave and you can’t turn left when it came to getting into and out of the parking lot it was awkward with how sharp the turn is, but I do not think that is their fault it’s just how Leesburg is, the staff was mixed between pleasant and invasive, specifically when I put the sign on the door that said “Please do not disturb” the cleaning staff tried to come in anyway and I had to tell them twice “No thank you”, the desk people were polite and were quick to check me in and out

Very comfortable bed and room. A/C worked great. TV remote did not work, but staff was very helpful and friendly to resolve the problem. Would definitely stay again.

The room was fairly clean except for the carpet; it was so filthy, my granddaughter walked around and her feet were black. The front desk was very helpful with my towel request, and was friendly and professional with check in and check out. This hotel is good for a quick stop on your journey.

The only positive was that the bed was clean.

The overall facility was dated and dirty. The place reeked of marijuana and I told the front desk person when we went to check my room. The mattress was shot. The bathroom vanity was not standard height nor was the toilet. The bath tub and fixtures need to be addressed they were from the year of the flood and grab bar was even ripped out of the fiberglass encloser. Over all the place is pretty bad and it wasn't worth what I paid and I will never return there again. A facility that is in deplorable condition like this should be investigated by Quality Inn Senior Management Staff!

The girl on the afternoon shift was very pleasant and accommodating. Unfortunately, the toilet was one foot off the floor which made it almost impossible to get off of, especially elderly. Air conditioner work sometimes. Also, you needed to flush the toilet four or five times to get everything out of the bowl. Pool area could use a lot of love.
