"Exceptional"

It was very peaceful and quiet. The whole room was very big,clean, comfortable bed and we'll lit. Lots of channels on TV .

The location was feasible for us.

The room could have been much cleaner, cigar and weed guts in the drawer, carpet so filthy, shortly after taking off socks, feet was dirty, no washcloths in room, went to get some and was given what looked like housekeeping cleaning cloths, aint nothin sweet here!

Staff was pleasant for the most part. Started rocky but the team eventually made up for it. The ladies up front seem standoffish at first but after a couple days they had done a 180.

Roaches everywhere in the room. German roaches along with a bunch of tiny baby roaches running around.

I paid for one of the biggest rooms they had but had to stay in dirty small room wit only 1 bed, no trashcan, dirty towels and broken AC

The customer service. They lied. I was supposed to receive a full refund for a booking that was canceled by them. I only received half of the refund.

Breakfast was very limited.

Room had a strong chemical smell mixed with dog urine, but if you allow pets that is to be expected. I am allergic and wish they had NO PET rooms, like NO Smoking rooms.
