"Staff not friendly and didn’t have breakfast as stated in advertisement."

Was very disappointed

When we arrived at 6 pm we had to wait for 15 minutes for some lady to arrive. Was given the wrong room had to go back and request the correct room. There was no breakfast and it advertised breakfast is good. Will never stay there again.

The breakfast was horrible

The rooms are in really bad shape they need new sheetrock they need new flooring the TV doesn't work half the time all in all I would not recommend anybody staying at the hotel or the location that I did

NOTHING...

Everything, I went with my handicapped friend. To assist her with anything she needed assistance with she's in a wheelchair from having a stroke. Cuz I got her a position to go up the extremely steep handicap ramp at the door I will notice the door is locked well when I knock on the door and then ring the doorbell the manager that was sitting there playing solitaire instead of doing anything productive looks up and starts waving us away madly jumping up on her two feet or too high in legs waving her arms like a crazy woman waving us to leave the property I was never so humiliated and embarrassed in my life I could not believe the way this lady treated us. Tried to explain to her today to Glass probably bulletproof blast that we had already made reservations and paid for the room online through booking.com and she just continued waving her hands like a broke chicken telling it waving us to leave the property so we never stayed there oh yes and shaking her head no the entire time. My friend already suffers from self-esteem issues and this was not good for her at all.
