Hotel was very clean. Convenient location. Staff was always pleasant.

Great stay. Staff and facilities top-notch. Most hotels now have free breakfast, but they do not. However, the restaurant served very good cooked to order breakfast. We didn't try them for dinner. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel is nice. During my last visit I woke up scratching and had 2 huge bites on my leg which looked like spider bites. I pulled off the bedding and saw a slit in the seam of the mattress. When I told the front desk agent she had the GM call me. He was very nice and apologetic.

Clean, quiet, close to the venue for our show. Bed was very comfortable.

Hotel room drain was clogged, keurig did not work, some lights did not work otherwise nice stay and great location

Lobby was very pretty I wish they put as much attention to the bedrooms. Bathrooms need an update with walk in showers. Room smelled musty so I would recommend new carpet. Also mattress was not comfortable.

Good location good price good condition. Hotel was told. Housekeeping supposed to happen the next day and didn’t. that did lower my rating.

I was disappointed that we didn’t get our room cleaned. Had to use wet towels and make my own bed. We even ran out of toilet paper. For what we paid cleaning should have been included. Can’t use COVID as an excuse anymore, Other hotels are cleaning rooms.
