Front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant

The hotel smelled of cigarettes, although we had a non smoking room. The demographic of people were quite sketchy. One guest was arguing and threatening the front desk worker sunday morning. I didn't like that at all.

I paid an additional fee for early check-in and that went smooth. I made it came to check and see if we needed anything which we did and she provided in a very timely fashion. I gave her a tip to show appreciation.

I wish that booking was far less difficult and there were more discounts or ways to bring it down your total. For Friday and Saturday night last minute booking the tall amount for the room with taxes and fees was $470. I was offered a discount code but I had to pay online. And showed up on time I didn't have to even put down the deposit. But I had to and the 10% I was offered as a discount for signing up for text messages and email
