Super 8 by Wyndham Monee

Booked abs paid for two beds, gave us 1 king bed with washroom and no door. I was staying with my son. Was very weird.

Deplorable condition's. Hotel needs major renovation. Smoke Detector hanging down from ceiling, bathroom shower faucet leaking and wouldn’t shut off, toilet wouldn’t flush, bathroom smelled like stinky feet. No cover over the exhaust fan and full of dust. The walls have been patched multiple times. Told hotel clerk and some items were addressed. They said they didn’t have any other rooms available or we would have changed rooms. No availability at other hotels in the area.

It was a good hotel

If you're reading reviews and seeing lots of 10/10 reviews, ignore them. They're lying. Our room had rust and mold in the bathroom, paint peeling off the ceiling, hole in the tub, and the peep hole in the door was stuffed with paper towel. The only reason we stayed there was because we couldn't afford to wait for a refund to go somewhere else. The lady at the front desk did try to get us another room but the bathroom was no better. We had to buy a mat for the tub it was so dirty. NEVER AGAIN. I was fooled by the good reviews on here. Don't be fooled. Stay somewhere else.

I reserved a non smoking two bed room. When I went to check in they had just smoking rooms left.

Staff was very accommodating and kind, the rooms were nice and carpeting was nice as well in the hallway. The room had lighting fixtures that worked and the phone in the room worked to contact the front desk. The bathroom was nice as well, no water flow issues, the beds were comfortable. It was hot outside and the air conditioner worked fabulously. Thank you Super 8 -Monee, Illinois. I will revisit this one!

This was the worst hotel I have ever been to! There was garbage all over the parking lot and front area. The door to the stairs was not locked, you could pull it right open! There were not great people sitting in the parking lot hanging out. We legit watched a guy assault a female in the parking lot! Like choked her and attempted to hit her! And then he left her at the hotel, but I never saw her as an employee so we can only assume why….. The breakfast area was a joke! It was bad enough(also meaning the terrible smell, the rooms are falling apart, the tub was nasty) we checked out at 9pm and booked a Hilton 30 minutes away, knowing we were out of that money! We were on high alert the entire time(all three hours we made it) Do NOT stay here! It is not worth it!!!!

Nice & clean and they had the air on for me

The stay and the breakfast at the property was nice.

Pretty good stay, very friendly. Towels not the best with some stains. Shower curtain wouldn't stay closed and outlets for blow dryer didnt work. Otherwise clean and comfortable.
