We did not have a hot shower the first night, and we reported it and the staff said they’d take care of it and a staff member emailed me and assured us we would have hot water on our return trip which we did. That reservation was for 6/26 under my sister’s name.

Beds were comfy and our room was clean. Great location.

Noisy. Could hear people walking, stomping, thumping,and talking at all hours. Fortunately I brought earplugs to muffle out the sounds!!

The location

It had it was a accessible room and the stall shower leaked onto the floor. I had to get a towel to catch the water.

Front desk staff was more than accommodating. Property was clean, and offered the perfect amenities for my son and I.

Breakfast left a little to be desired, but we didn't expect a lot.

Clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub looked nice.
