Desk staff was very nice. Clean room. Good breakfast. The beds were comfortable.

Slightly higher cost, but much nicer than another place we stayed last year. This included breakfast. Tub drained slowly. That's about it. It was a nice stay.

Stayed in an upgraded room. Huge room with a fireplace and the tv even said my name on it. Toilet paper had the fancy fold. Balcony was carpeted. Super clean and super comfortable. The breakfast was omelet bites and sausage. Can’t complain with free but my favorite part of the meal had to be the toast I made myself with jam.

I purchased online. I was expecting a balcony room that reached outside. Instead I got a balcony that overlooked the pool room. I never got to enjoy the balcony as it felt like I was creeping on the guests in the pool. The suite I was in didn’t have a bathtub and it was a stand up shower. I believe the picture I seen online had a tub. It made it difficult for my wife who has an ostomy to take a shower. The staff did supply us with a shower chair which was awesome. We brought our Roku that seemed to be incapable of linking with the WiFi. We missed out on our traditional “scary movie” per night for October. The available WiFi also was lagging preventing us from watching the Michigan vs MSU game.

The HVAC unit in the room would slam off (like a door slamming) periodically so it was hard to get a good nights sleep.

Our room was clean (very important!) and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent but pretty standard. We didn’t use the pool and hot tub, but they looked nice. Convenient location, but nothing spectacular. I would definitely stay here again.
