Staff was fantastic. Room was better than I expected. Location was perfect. I didn't need to spend $350 to take my son to his sports event

"Not as good as it used to be"

We've stayed here before, and I like the soft, supportive beds. The desk clerks were wonderful and quite sympathetic to my many issues.

The room wasn't as clean as they were a few years ago. There were crumbs on the desk, and someone had been sick on the toilet in my room. ICK!! The clerk offered to clean the toilet for me since housekeeping was gone for the day, but I needed to know it was truly sanitary and just got the supplies from her to do it myself. There were maintenance issues, too. The fan didn't work in the bathroom, and the entry lights were out. To top it off, my bed wasn't even made when I stayed over. They have signs about not replacing the towels, but I at least thought my bed would be made. Perhaps, like the rest of us, they're understaffed and things will improve again, but I don't plan to return to find out.

Good location. Comfortable room and bed. Excellent shower. Price good. Breakfast was adequate.

Breakfast was okay but could have had fresher fruit (bananas were very green) and more selection.

Convenient to where we needed to be

Smelled like weed stale cigarettes and chlorine never any breakfast available even though was supposed to be open 6-9pm
